Listed companies
As a listed company, your auditors are unable to draft your financial statements for you. This is where Hazlewoods can help. We are well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the drafting of listed company financial statements. We can also provide assistance with the underlying accounting, particularly consolidation workings.
In such situations, we are aware of the timescales and the importance of liaising with your auditors to ensure a smooth process.
Subsidiaries of overseas companies
It will often be the case that group auditors will be precluded from drafting the financial statements. In these circumstances we are able to provide a service in the same way as for listed companies as above.
Other unlisted corporates
For unlisted companies, it is more usual for the auditors to also provide a financial reporting service. A separate financial reporting service can be provide as above, or see the Audit and Assurance section for how we can provide a combined service.
