As a listed company, your auditors are unable to draft your financial statements for you. This is where Hazlewoods can help. We are well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the drafting of listed company financial statements. We can also provide assistance with the underlying accounting, particularly consolidation workings.

In such situations, we are aware of the timescales and the importance of liaising with your auditors to ensure a smooth process.

It will often be the case that group auditors will be precluded from drafting the financial statements.
