Hazlewoods partners and staff competed in the famous Cotswold Sportive bike ride in order to raise money for the Cleansheet Foundation.
The ride took place on Easter Monday. Starting from Cirencester, the Cotswold Spring Classic took in some of the most feared climbs in the area, including the 'pub-to-pub' ascent of Birdlip Hill, made famous by the Tour of the Cotswolds and Tour of Britain. On the day, the Hazlewoods riders covered 105km raising hundreds of pounds for The Cleansheet Foundation.
It has been good training for Hazlewoods Corporate Business Partner, David Williams (right), who, later in the year, will ride a 700 mile stint as part of Cleansheet’s charity bike ride to Uganda.
