Andrew has a wealth of experience in the social care sector providing business and corporate finance advice to many of the country’s leading care providers.
With extensive experience in advising on a broad range of acquisition lead advisory and due diligence transactions over the last 15 years, Andrew is nationally recognised for his knowledge of Corporate Finance which is recognised through his extensive work with private equity houses, banks and corporates throughout the country. Andrew is equally well known for his due diligence work and the value this adds to transactions or refinancings.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and then specialising in Corporate Finance in the early 1990s, Andrew gained wide ranging experience on mid market transactions.
