With extensive experience in advising on a broad range of acquisition lead advisory and due diligence transactions over the last 15 years, Andrew is nationally recognised for his knowledge of Corporate Finance. This knowledge is recognised through his team's extensive work with private equity houses, banks and corporates throughout the country. His team are equally well known for their due diligence work and the value this adds to transactions or refinancings.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and then specialising in Corporate Finance in the early 1990s, Andrew gained wide ranging experience on mid market transactions. Involved in transactions covering many sectors, he has an enviable specialist knowledge in the Health & Care, Insurance Broking, Builders Merchants and Engineering sectors.
