Geoff joined Hazlewoods in early 2005, having previously been Director of Acquisitions for Craegmoor Healthcare, where in his ten years he helped the group grow (largely by acquisition) from a standing start to an operation with in excess of 300 homes and 5,600 beds. Prior that Geoff had over 15 years experience in land acquisition and construction at director or senior manager level in the house building industry with some of the major operators in the sector.
Through his extensive experience in the care industry Geoff is able to advise on both sales and acquisitions, especially in respect of business in the elderly, learning disability, mental health and young adult sectors. In addition, through his contacts in the construction sector, he can advise on land disposals and alternate use.
Geoff has been particularly successful in sourcing “off market” deals for some of our retained clients.
