Peter, a Chartered Tax Adviser, joined Hazlewoods in June 2007, after previously being Head of Tax at a Cardiff firm and prior to that working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Peter has extensive experience of acting for owner managed companies and their shareholders, including many individuals and companies with construction, property and property development interests. He has advised on the tax efficient structuring of acquisitions and disposals of businesses, share schemes and succession planning.
