With Hazlewoods for over 14 years, Nick followed qualification as a Chartered Accountant by moving into tax and becoming a qualified tax adviser in 2000.
Nick's speciality is corporate and property tax, dealing with corporate reconstructions, advice on acquisitions, disposals and due diligence assignments as well as being the firm's Stamp Duty Land Tax specialist.
In his career Nick has secured significant tax savings for clients, both corporate and personal, through efficient structuring and the use of more complicated tax planning techniques.
