Norman has a wealth of experience in Corporate Finance gained over 20 years in the profession. He leads the Health and Care team, which is recognised as a leader in providing financial advice to the healthcare services sector in the UK.
Norman acts in a lead advisory role with an emphasis on corporate disposals, M&A and business advice to both the healthcare and business services sector. His advice to many buy-out teams and acquisitive companies has helped to ensure successful outcomes. He has also worked with most of the leading banks and private equity groups.
Qualifying as a Certified Accountant in 1974, Norman is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Corporate Finance Faculty. He enjoys fly fishing and golf.
