Norman
has a wealth of experience in Corporate Finance. He leads the Health and Care team, which is recognised as a leader in providing financial advice to the healthcare services sector in the UK.
Norman
acts in a lead advisory role with an emphasis on healthcare disposals, M&A and business advice. His advice to many buy-out teams and acquisitive companies has helped to ensure successful outcomes. He has also enabled many vendors to realise the benefits of their efforts by maximising the value on sale.
Qualifying as a Certified Accountant in 1974 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Corporate Finance Faculty. He enjoys fly fishing and golf.
