Paul has specialised in corporate finance since 1998. He advises businesses on management buy-outs/management buy-ins, disposals, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions. He is also responsible for carrying out due diligence assignments for private equity, banks, entrepreneurial groups and corporates, and is experienced in the accounting work necessary for AIM Admission Documents and Circulars.
Paul also works with management teams to optimise the performance of their companies, including: strategic reviews; facilitating discussion with appropriate financial institutions; preparation of business plans and forecast models; grooming businesses for disposal/exit; and sounding board to assist management review.
Paul heads up the firm's Technology team and has considerable experience in advising innovative companies.
