Preparing branch management accounts

Background: A new client approached us to prepare quarterly management accounts, amongst other services. They had recently purchased a third branch. They had not previously prepared management accounts by branch.

How we helped: When we initially met with them we suggested preparing branch management accounts as this would provide them with an idea of how each branch was performing. We now prepare these for them and provide a breakdown of the profit and loss account for each of the three branches.
