From calculating tax liabilities and student loan repayments through to record keeping, we can guide you through the next chapter.

The right time to sell is complex. It involves emotions as well as financial concerns and does not happen overnight, but without an exit strategy in place, your options are limited.

Making the leap: Associate to practice owner

After working in his parent's family practice as an associate, Oliver Pierce decided that he wanted to become a practice owner, eventually going on to purchase Sutton Dental Practice.

We spoke with Oliver and Hazlewoods dental experts, Nigel Utting, Associate Partner, and Lee Brinkworth, Manager, on how this all came to be and what was involved throughout the process.

They provided guidance on the buying process, the viability of various practices and accurate EBITDA valuations."
