Candidates from the three main political parties were quizzed by local businesses at a recent General Election Question Time event held at Hatherley Manor.
The General Election Question Time was chaired by the Editor of the Gloucester Citizen, Jenny Eastwood and in the hot seats on the panel were Richard Graham, Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Gloucester; Ed Buxton, Labour Parliamentary candidate for Tewkesbury and Martin Horwood, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary candidate for Cheltenham.
Topics ranged from improving the county’s road and rail infrastructure to closing the skills gap at the lively breakfast time event.
