Established to celebrate excellence in the accountancy profession, The Accountant and International Accounting Bulletin Awards will once again showcase both individuals and businesses that have moved the industry forward. Five HLB members have been nominated this year in separate categories, with the results being announced on 4 October in London at a gala reception.

HLB has also added top ranked accounting firm Shandong Hexin CPAs LLP to its network in China. Based in Jinan, the capital city of Shandong province, Shandong Hexin CPAs LLP was established in 1987 as the first, and currently only indigenous firm in the province, holding the license to audit securities.
