The acquisition of Prime Care is a great opportunity and we will now be able to provide care services throughout the majority of the south coast.”

John Lucas of Hazlewoods Corporate Finance noted, “I am extremely pleased to see this deal complete successfully as I believe it will bring together two outstanding care providers. It was a pleasure to work with all parties involved in this transaction.”

Steve Woodcock, Executive Director of Commercial Operations at Centra Care and Support, said: “We believe that Apex is a great fit for Prime Care and will deliver increased opportunity for both staff and customers. We were delighted with the efforts of John Lucas and the team at Hazlewoods in assisting us with this sale and found the service to be reliable, professional and proactive.”
