On Thursday 5th December 2013, George Osborne will deliver the Autumn Statement. Whilst likely to be benign in most areas of tax, this will not be the case for law firms, where the present consultation into the tax effects of partnerships and companies interacting, and the automatic self employment status of fixed share partners are both likely to get a further airing.
