Hazlewoods advise Acorn Care and Education on the acquisition of Wakefield based Meadowcroft School

Hazlewoods LLP Corporate Finance recently advised Acorn Care and Education Limited on their acquisition of Meadowcroft School, a day school for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Meadowcroft School is based in Wakefield and has worked closely with neighbouring local authorities to serve their special education needs. Meadowcroft School will join the Acorn Care and Education children’s services group which delivers fostering, education and care services to children, their families and local authority customers and already operates 12 special needs schools across England.
