Hazlewoods corporate finance, a leading adviser in the health and social care sector, advised returning entrants to the home care home sector, Ken Grasby and Nicola Witham, on the acquisition of Somerforde Care Home by a newly incorporated company formed for the purpose of the acquisition, Somerforde Care Limited. Somerforde Care Home is a 24 bed residential care home situated in Newton Abbot.
The Hazlewoods team comprised John Lucas and Mark Tibbert.
