In December 2011 Hazlewoods held a seminar on “Doing Business In China” which was attended by over 50 delegates, many from the Top 100 featured today. This seminar followed a business visit to China by David Williams of Hazlewoods. Chen Wu from the China Britain Business Council and Robin Craddock from Lakes Bathrooms, a Tewkesbury company with a factory in China, talked about how to set up and do business in China. David examined the appropriate business structures and tax regimes for companies wanting to expand to China.
Hazlewoods International team regularly speak at events hosted by International Banks to promote international trade, the latest being in conjunction with HSBC and Rickerbys which included a live video link to Brazil.
Gloucestershire is bearing up well during this period of economic uncertainty.
