A team of 17 staff from Hazlewoods recently completed the Dragon Boat Regatta at Gloucester Docks on Sunday 8 May 2016.
The team raised £252 for Hazlewoods Charity of the Year, Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, and finished in a very respectable 9th position out of 15 teams.
The hospice provides the only specialist hospice care inpatient unit in the county of Gloucestershire, and offers a range of support. This includes inpatient care in its 16-bed hospice, day services, and Hospice at Home which helps people stay at home longer and offers respite to carers.
