David works in the corporate tax team in our Gloucester office. He specialises in R&D tax reliefs, an area that he has been involved in since 2001, following their introduction in 2000. David has made successful claims for companies in aerospace and defence, IT software and hardware, automotive technology, advanced engineering, engineering consultancy, motorsport and manufacturing. He has led successful negotiations with HM Revenue and Customs and has also reviewed R&D claims for prospective purchasers as part of the financial due diligence process.
David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
