David qualified in 1982 and has been a partner with Hazlewoods since 1992.
David specialises in providing due diligence and transaction support services to the healthcare sector and has advised on numerous transactions. He also has extensive experience as a reporting accountant to companies seeking admission to the AIM market.
David has held a number of senior positions within the accountancy profession, including:
• Global, European and UK Chairman of the Assurance Services Technical Advisory Committees of Moores Rowland International.
• A member of the UK Auditing Practices Board (1994-2002).
• A member of Council of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (1998-2004).
David also provides expert witness services on a range of matters; particularly cases where professional negligence has been alleged. He is a member of the Academy of Experts and Expert Witness Institute.
