Hazlewoods LLP advise on the sale of Happen Fostercare Limited

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading advisor in the Healthcare Services sector with a significant track record on acquisitions, disposals and finance, has recently advised on the sale of Happen Fostercare Limited. The Hazlewoods team was led by Norman Webber.

Happen Fostercare is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire and is an Independent Fostercare Agency which recruits and trains Foster carers. The agency has provided learning opportunities for foster carers to obtain formal qualifications. In 2003, Happen Fostercare was one of the first foster care agencies to be accredited by The National Care Standards Commission.

The Business was acquired by Fostering Solutions Limited, the fast growing
national agency which now has over 670 young people living with around 550 dedicated foster carer families.
