We have spent a considerable amount of time creating and developing a benchmarking report for Estate Agents, which will allow you to compare your results, anonymously, with your competitors.
The aim is to show areas where you could trim costs further (although I am sure the vast majority of you are already quite lean) or consider other methods of income generation that, perhaps, you are not maximising.
