Hazlewoods LLP advise on the acquisition of Axiom Veterinary Laboratories Limited by CVS (UK) Limited

The Cheltenham based Corporate Finance team of leading firm of business advisers and chartered accountants, Hazlewoods LLP, led by partner Mark Beaney, has recently advised on the acquisition of Axiom Veterinary Laboratories Limited by CVS (UK) Limited.

Axiom Veterinary Laboratories Limited provides diagnostic laboratory services to third party veterinary practices. It has a headquarters in Devon and also laboratories in London and St Helens in Merseyside and representaion in Dublin in the Irish Republic.

CVS (UK) Limited is one of the UK’s leading providers of veterinary services with branches across the UK. It also has three existing diagnostic laboratories specialising in histology. The acquisition complements the group’s diagnostic operations by bringing specialism in bio chemistry as well as allergy testing to its range of services.
