Hazlewoods LLP advise on the sale of Focus on Fostering Limited

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading advisor in the Healthcare Services sector with a significant track record on acquisitions, disposals and finance, has recently advised on sale of Focus on Fostering Limited. The Hazlewoods team was led by Norman Webber and Simon Williams.

Focus is an agency for the provision of foster carers to local authorities, based in Hornsey, North London. The business was founded in 2002 and has successfully grown to over thirty placements and foster care families. Good relationships exist with several local authorities and the Business has PAN London approved status.
The Business was acquired by Fostering Solutions Limited.

The Directors of Focus said, “We are proud of our achievements with the Business and following our decision to sell, we were keen to find a buyer that would maintain the high level of care and work closely with our existing staff, children and foster carers. The transaction with Fostering Solutions was uncomplicated and we believe the Business has been passed into safe hands.”
