Hazlewoods LLP advise on the acquisition of Data Technology Group Limited by Innovise plc

The Gloucester based Corporate Finance Team of leading firm of business advisers and chartered accountants, Hazlewoods LLP, led by Partner David Main, has recently advised on the acquisition of Data Technology Group Limited by Innovise plc.

Data Technology Group Limited, based in Harefield, Middlesex, is an IT solutions company, providing professional support services, application consulting and application management services.  The company is also a re-seller of software solutions developed by a number of IT industry leaders, including Oracle, Readsoft and Seeburger in order to provide IT systems to meet specific customer needs. 

Innovise is a leading supplier of productivity software for the services sector in the UK and North America.  Workforce management: staff scheduling and rostering, employee recruitment and vetting, time and attendance, quality and performance monitoring using PDA based paperless auditing patrols. Innovise workforce management software is used to deliver measurable improvements to organisational performance by reducing costs and enhancing service quality.
