Hazlewoods LLP advise on the acquisition of Entire Limited by Indicia Limited

The Gloucester based Corporate Finance Team of leading firm of business advisers and chartered accountants Hazlewoods LLP, led by Partner Paul Fussell, has recently advised on the acquisition of Entire Limited by Indicia Limited.

Entire Limited provides direct marketing services to a UK customer base including Tourism Ireland, Littlewoods, Vernons Pools and Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals. The Company is split into two divisions, Entire Creative and Entire Data. Entire Data is a division dedicated to locate, understand and target a customer specified audience. Entire Creative is dedicated to finding the most powerful way to communicate with the customer specified target audience.

Indicia is a marketing services group which offers market research, direct marketing, web analytics, econometrics and execution services. The group has partnerships with two large software suppliers; Alterian and KXEN. Major customers include financial institutions such as Britannia and Chelsea Building Society.
