Hazlewoods LLP advise on the acquisition of Miad UK Limited by Strontium plc  

The Gloucester based Corporate Finance Team of leading firm of business advisers and chartered accountants, Hazlewoods LLP, led by Partner David Main, has recently advised on the acquisition of Miad UK Limited.

Miad UK Limited, based in Sevenoaks, Kent, is a training and education company focused on medical professionals.  The company runs management training courses on a national basis for hospital consultants, SPRs, SHOs, GPs, community consultants, staff grades, associate specialists and a number of other Health Service professionals.    

Strontium plc offers a radical new approach to the provision of specialist Professional Services to major organisations.  By combining its services into 3 distinct business divisions, it aims to harness the collective skills and expertise of its wholly owned subsidiaries to offer innovative and creative business solutions to business.
