Hazlewoods LLP advise on the acquisition of OFJ Connections Limited by Tellings Golden Miller Group plc

The Gloucester based Corporate Finance Team of leading firm of business advisers and chartered accountants, Hazlewoods LLP, led by Partner David Main, has recently advised on the acquisition of OFJ Connections Limited.

OFJ is a principal operator of air passenger and aircrew transport at HeathrowAirport.  It has a fleet of approximately 120 vehicles and employs over 200 staff.  OFJ provides transportation services to passengers using Heathrow as well as to a substantial number of airlines, both landside and airside.  Formed in 1999, OFJ?s business has expanded considerably in recent years.

Tellings Golden Miller Group plc currently operates a fleet of over 200 buses and coaches.  Its three core operations are the provision of National Express coach routes as a sub contractor for National Express, the supply of spot hire coach services both standard and executive and scheduled bus routes (including school and college bus services and services operated for commercial organisations).
