As a Mortgage Consultant for Financial Planning Faye provides a comprehensive service to our practice and non practice clients. From fact-finding to Mortgage product research, she deals with administration, liaises with Estate Agents and chases lenders through to the offer stage on behalf of all our clients.
Faye also provides advice and assistance by obtaining competitive Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection Policies to run alongside the chosen Mortgage product.
Faye assists with a range of Mortgages from Residential Purchase and Remortgage Products to Buy to Let Mortgages and Equity Release (Lifetime Mortgages). She also completes fact-finding and Introduces Clients to suitable Lenders in respect of Commercial Mortgages.
