Client feedback programme 2017
At Hazlewoods we believe it’s important to continually improve the service we offer to clients.
As part of our commitment to client care we appointed Brightlights, an independent research consultancy, to undertake a survey of our clients. The purpose of the client survey was to measure various aspects of service delivery and to understand what is important to our clients.
Overall the results were very positive, with the vast majority of clients reporting that they are happy with the service we offer. Despite the positive results, we are always striving to improve our service so that our next feedback gives us 100% client satisfaction.
