By email
We recommend using an email provider that uses TLS encryption to help prevent others from reading your email while it is on its way to us.
By post
We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For delivery.
If you are sending us a CD or USB stick, we recommend that the data on the CD or USB stick is encrypted and the password is provided to us separately by email or phone.
Dropping off at one of our offices at Cheltenham or Staverton
We have a secure drop box outside the main entrance of both our Cheltenham and Staverton offices.
Sending you information by email
Where you have delegated access to your email inbox to someone else, we are unable to take responsibility if they are subsequently able to view your financial and other details in communications between us.
Sharing your personal data with others
Each individual is legally responsible for their own tax affairs and should, in principle, be dealt with independently. However, if you and other individuals have signed the engagement letter between us, you are acknowledging that we will disclose such details of your financial affairs to the other named individuals as are required to optimise your combined tax position and in providing our services to you. Please inform us immediately if you no longer wish us to do this.
