Sending you information by email

Where you have delegated access to your email inbox to someone else, we are unable to take responsibility if they are subsequently able to view your financial and other details in communications between us.

Sharing information between spouses

Your spouse is legally responsible for his/her own tax affairs and should, in principle, be dealt with independently. Where both spouses have signed the engagement letter between us, you are both acknowledging that we will disclose such details of your financial affairs to your spouse as are required to optimise your combined tax position and in providing our services to you both. Please inform us immediately if you no longer wish us to share such information.

More information about how we use your personal data is available from our website https://www.hazlewoods.co.uk/ in our privacy policy, located under Useful Links.
