Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team, led by Paul Fussell, are pleased to announce that they have recently advised on the Management Buy-In (MBI) of Regency Laundry, a business which was established in 1879 and still operates from its original site in Bath.
For over 125 years, Regency has been providing the finest quality laundry and dry cleaning service to households and businesses in Bath and the South West region, including some of the most prestigious hotels in the region.
Hazlewoods led and negotiated the acquisition, advising on all aspects of the transaction to completion.
