Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team advise on the sale of New Partnerships' supported living and residential care business

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, led by John Lucas, are pleased to announce that they have recently advised on the sale of New Partnerships Ltd to the Regard Group.

Founded in 2007, New Partnerships provides supported living and residential care across eight services for adults with learning disabilities in and around Braintree, Essex.

For the Regard Group, this recent acquisition brings the total number of specialist residential and supported living services run nationwide to 159.

Legal services were provided to the vendor by Leonard Gray LLP and by Ansons to Regard.
