Hazlewoods advise on sale of Prime Care Holdings Ltd.

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading adviser in the health and social care sector with a significant track record for acquisitions, disposals and raising finance, has recently advised on the sale of Prime Care Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (Prime Care) to Apex Companions Limited (Apex Care). The Hazlewoods team was led by John Lucas.

Founded in 2001, Prime Care is the domiciliary care arm of Centra Care and Support and provides care to elderly service users to help them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Prime Care operate on the south coast of England; they consist of six branches in Bournemouth, Brighton, Eastbourne & Hailsham (together, East Sussex Central), Hastings, Seahaven and Worthing.

Malcolm Patrick, Managing Director of Apex Care, commented, “Apex Care is a family run company established in 2003, providing care to elderly clients in Dorset and Hampshire. The acquisition of Prime Care is a great opportunity and we will now be able to provide care services throughout the majority of the south coast.”
