The Chancellor,
George Osborne, will make his Autumn Statement on
Tuesday 29 November.
The Chancellor will use the speech to respond to the Office for Budget Responsibility's latest economic forecasts, which will be released earlier in the day.
At this stage it is unclear whether the speech will include draft tax and spending decisions. But we do know it replaces the Pre-Budget Report which was used by the previous Government as a sort of mini-Budget.
There has been speculation that higher rate tax relief on pensions may be withdrawn, for more information see our
article.
