Hazlewoods advise on the investment by Ashridge Capital LLP in the management buyout of Phoenix Learning and Care Limited

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading adviser in the Health and Care sector with a significant track record on acquisitions, disposals and raising finance. The Hazlewoods team led by David Main has recently advised on the management buyout of Phoenix Learning and Care, in relation to an investment by Ashridge Capital, a leading independent private equity investor. 

Phoenix Learning and Care is the South West of England’s leading independent provider of specialist residential care and education to young people with special needs through schools and care homes in Devon and Cornwall. The investment will support the Devon-based company's plans to double its workforce within two years and expand into new territories.

Hazlewoods was instructed by Ashridge Capital and worked closely alongside founder and owner, David Sherratt, throughout the deal.
