| Hazlewoods has recently advised Matcon Group Limited on its acquisition by IDEX Corporation. Matcon Group Limited supply powder handling systems to the pharmaceutical, food and other sectors. It is based in Evesham, Worcestershire, and has a worldwide reach with bases in the United States, Australia, Japan, China and Europe. Commenting on the acquisition, Charles Lee, Matcon's Managing Director said “We are very excited by the opportunity to become part of the IDEX global family of companies.
