Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading adviser in the Healthcare Services sector with a significant track record on disposal, disposals and finance, has recently advised on the sale of Sophisticare Limited to the Enara Group Limited. The Hazlewoods team comprised Norman Webber and John Lucas.
Sophisticare provides domiciliary care and support to a number of service users across West Berkshire and is a three star rated business. The vendors were Julie Evans and Louise Rhodes.
