Hazlewoods arrange major acquisition for Care Aspirations Limited

Hazlewoods Corporate Finance, a leading adviser in the Healthcare Services Sector is pleased to have assisted in the growth of GI Partners backed business Care Aspirations Limited.  Working closely with both companies, Hazlewoods arranged the Shirebrook Care Group acquisition.  The Hazlewoods team comprised Norman Webber and Geoff Ingram. 

With the acquisition of Shirebrooke Care Group, who are based in the East Midlands, Care Aspirations will be able to provide over 400 placements for individuals with learning disabilities in 29 units, across well defined pathways of care.  The Group will now employ over 600 people.
