Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team are pleased to announce that they have advised on the sale of an award-winning London design consultancy to an international agency.
Prospect Consultancy and Design Limited works with companies to help them build their brand and ensure that their customers have a positive experience when buying their products or using their services. High profile clients include Vodafone, Eurostar, Tesco and Nokia.
The specialist boutique firm has been acquired by a Danish company, Manyone, which is described as the world’s first strategic hybrid design agency. It also has offices in Germany, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Prospect’s managing director Anja Klüver, who co-founded the Prospect in 2006, is the new managing director of Manyone London.

We can continue to deliver at the highest level to our clients but joining Manyone will allow us to scale our work and engage with clients at a whole new level.”

This is the second sale of a creative design firm that Hazlewoods corporate finance team have advised on in the last six months.
Hazlewoods is the most active corporate finance adviser in the South West and last year the Gloucestershire firm completed 205 deals with a value of more than £1 billion.
