Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team is delighted to announce that they have advised on the sale of a successful Gloucestershire-based marketing agency.
The Craft Consulting Limited, headquartered in Fairview Road, Cheltenham, has been acquired by Next Fifteen Communications Group plc for an undisclosed sum.
The deal sees The Craft join forces with marketeers Agent3, under the umbrella of Next15, to deliver highly-targeted account-based marketing to clients around the world.
Mark Wiseman-Smith, Managing Director, of The Craft, and head of client strategy Nat Scones will continue to work for the company that they founded.
Hazlewoods Tax Partner, Pete Woodall, and Associate Director, James Whittaker, advised on the structure of the deal together with BPE Solicitors, who were led by Adam Kean, Senior Associate.
