Optimism Health Group has announced its acquisition of Outside Clinic.
Outside Clinic was founded 33 years ago and has become the UK’s leading domiciliary eye care and hearing care business, carrying out over 100,000 eye and hearing tests annually.
Optimism Health Group, is a UK based healthcare investment business, seeking to build a portfolio of businesses providing technology solutions, clinical services and healthcare products and services to older people in their homes.

Optimism Health Group intends to make further acquisitions of businesses in the eye care and hearing care sector, as well as businesses that provide clinical services in older people’s homes.
