A Leadership and Management Grant offers funding for training to help meet the leadership and management needs of businesses with the potential for high growth. The grant funding supports training to develop leadership and management skills to help businesses achieve growth. A wide range of courses is available; from long courses leading to qualifications to short courses and team building activities. Funding of up to £2,000 per individual is available to the senior decision maker of the business and to members of the senior management team. The business is required to pay 50% of the total course costs. You can apply for the Leadership and Management Grant any time that you are on GrowthAccelerator. The grant is only available to businesses employing fewer than 250 staff and a comprehensive growth potential assessment will be undertaken.
