About me

I joined Hazlewoods as a trainee accountant in 1997 and have worked with law firms ever since.

In addition to looking after my clients’ accounts, audit and tax affairs, I enjoy helping firms with succession planning, improving their financial performance and enhancing their practice structure.

I regularly contribute articles to the Legal Press, and have written the Law Society’s LMS Financial Benchmarking Survey for the last 14 years. I am former Director of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management and the current Chair of both the ICAEW’s Solicitors Advisory Group and the Legal Finance Forum.

My hobbies & interests

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I also play in a local band and am a keen Formula 1 fan.
