My department
I assist clients with making R&D enhanced tax relief/R&D Expenditure Credits claims and the implementation of the Patent Box regime with both existing and new clients. In addition, the retention of key employees is vital in running a successful innovative company and I assist by advising on and implementing employee share schemes. I am also involved in other aspects of a company’s business cycle such as restructuring, assisting with potential acquisitions and potential exit. I also support the firm’s litigation support team primarily providing business valuations.
My hobbies & interests
Out of work, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter and our family.
