About me

BA LLB MSc FCG

I lead Hazlewoods Governance and Compliance Service.

I hold a Masters in Corporate Governance, am a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. I am a 2022 Governance Hot 100 winner in the relationship manager category.

Before joining Hazlewoods, I developed and managed the company secretarial division of a busy accountancy firm in Surrey. I also provided company secretarial services to a private investment firm in Mayfair, London. I have worked extensively with corporate solicitors, providing transactional support.

Our growing team provides bespoke governance and compliance services, such as share reorganisations, merger and acquisition support and a choice of annual compliance options. We are committed to helping our clients practice good governance, prosper and grow their business in a sustainable way.

My hobbies & interests

I live in the beautiful Cotswolds with my husband, our family and our British bulldog, Freddie. I enjoy film, literature, music, fashion and travel.
