About me

I joined Hazlewoods in 2002 having studied engineering at Cardiff University.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, I achieved the ICAEW Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance in 2009. I have been a member of the corporate finance team since 2004, initially within the due diligence team, working on health and social care, engineering, transport and FCA regulated transactions.

Since moving to the lead advisory team in 2006, I have advised on finance raisings, numerous acquisitions, and a significant number of disposals to large corporates, private equity and listed companies.

With an ever expanding team, I advise on all stages of transactions, from planning and preparation of sale, negotiations and deal structuring, through to completion. I have a focus on the health and social care sector and experience with business services, engineering/manufacturing and recruitment businesses.
