At Hazlewoods we believe it's important to support the community in which we live and work. Each year Hazlewoods select a deserving charity to support through various fundraising events.
Hazlewoods current Charity of the Year - Cobalt
Cobalt are a Cheltenham-based medical charitable trust with a history of success. Over the years Cobalt has been able to support the NHS with £millions worth of equipment and services to enhance the lives of cancer patients and help the relief of sickness and other diseases.
The charity raise money in order to provide the following valuable services:
- Provide state of the art imaging for diagnosis
- Promote awareness and prevention of cancers
- Facilitate cancer screening programmes
- Fund appropriate medical research
Hazlewoods Charity of the Year 2010/11 - The Cleansheet Foundation
Hazlewoods 2010/11 charity was The Cleansheet Foundation, a local charity set up to help the orphaned pupils at a school in Uganda sustain and support themselves in order to build a brighter future.
