Some of the projects you will be working on include:

  • Capital reduction demergers
  • M&A tax advisory on both sale and buy side
  • EMI valuations
  • Designing bespoke share incentives 
  • Transitions to Employee Ownership

Requirements:

  • Some experience of either share schemes/tax valuations or tax structuring
  • You are CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or have equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Good level of tax technical knowledge
  • Client driven and commercially aware
