At Hazlewoods, we recognise that our trainees and apprentices are vital to the future of our firm. Over the past two weeks, we have welcomed 53 ACA and AAT trainees as they begin their journey with us. With inductions held at Kingsholm, the home of Gloucester Rugby, it has been fantastic to see so many new faces taking their first steps towards a career in accountancy.
Induction weeks give our ACA graduate trainees and AAT school leaver apprentices the opportunity to be introduced to our Hazlewoods values, with sessions on what to expect working and training at Hazlewoods, and just as importantly – a chance to meet one another and get stuck into some ice breaker activities.
Our cohort of trainees then spend time with our study provider First Intuition, who are invaluable to all of our trainees when it comes to study, preparation and exams. This time allows for an introduction to the apprenticeship program and bookkeeping.
Now that their inductions are complete, the new class of trainees have started their first weeks across our Cheltenham, Bristol and Cardiff offices. With a wide variety of new challenges to get to grips with, we are delighted to welcome them to Hazlewoods and we wish them all the very best with their apprenticeships.
